It will be an honor for us to design a highly distinct, unique and well-made logotype as an important component of your branding strategy. An effective and timeless logo that will bring out the essence of your business and portrays its values, goals and professionalism. Communication is key, below we briefly introduce the way we cr-eate "How we do it" and the "Identity Process."
1. Assess Questionnaire
Please fill in and submit the following questionnaire, this will help us with the design process. Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we parse it thoroughly and take in all the details. Getting in tune with your goals gets us on the same page with what you want to accomplish.
2. Present Estimate
We will send you a detailed estimate which covers every aspect of what we will be doing throughout the project. It includes the project details, quote, time frame, payment, etc.
Once the estimate is approved we will send you our design services agreement with the initial invoice. Although the proposal has been approved, the project only starts once we have received the first payment. After the deposit has cleared, the project can begin.
1. Research Competition
In order to be successful, we need to first know what we're up against. We study the industry, it's history and your competitors to put you one step ahead.
2. Conceptualize & Sketch
Sketching is crucial in the quest for an effective logo design. We always start off on paper, jumping directly onto the computer could slow our creative process. We finally pursue the strongest of the sketch ideas and craft it to perfection.
3. Prototype Design
The completed concept sketch is now brought to the computer to be digitized. The logo concept is recreated in vector format and constructed to precise, mathematical proportions.
4. Present for Approval
Now it's your turn. We send you the completed logo design for you to approve. Keep in mind the presentation is the result of numerous, intentional design decisions which have been made with your goals and target audience in mind. Every shape, curve, color, and font has been selected and tailored for a specific purpose. Our goal is to get it right the first time.
5. Revise (if necessary)
If needed, a number of revisions are allowed. When requesting revisions, think more along the lines of "This is what will impact my target audience," and less of "These are the colors I like best."
6. Final Approval & Files Delivery
Once the revisions are completed, we will present the final design and deliver the original files for use in print and online. At this stage the final payment is due. If we are also designing a website or printed collateral material we will continue with the next stage.
